  • Regional commissioner- Gary has been re-elected. 

• Treasurer- Josh 

  • Gave an updated bank balance ($10,500 roughly, I did not record exact amount). 

  • Finally received the bill for Rush, got it paid

  • Gary provided a (roughly) $300 check from K. Yeisley for our kickback from soccer photos. 

• Coach Administrator- Currently vacant, however Gary believes we can encourage Devin Vignali to take the position with assistance from the board. 

• Safety- Gary shared that we will have Sherri/Cheri, taking this position. She has coached for us in the past in the 10U division. 

• Referee Admin.- Ammon Palmer

• New Business

  • Playmetrics- A new registration site and program that we are piloting. Dani and Gary have been attending online training. Program seems very user friendly and Dani likes all of the new abilities. 

• Volunteers- We are always in need of new and more volunteers. 

  • There will be a training June 12 and 13 for whatever trainings we need- Coach, Ref, etc. 

• Fields- We should be receiving the same fields as we had previous years, still tbd. 

• Registration-

• Uniforms- We can choose to go through a different company as our experience last season was unpleasant and caused us to push back 1 week. Gary will find out more information and other options at Expo.

  • We did agree that we would like to order some Pennies- ½ the amount of players for each team in 2 colors. To be distributed with the ball bags. 

    • The idea was proposed to sell sponsorships, and put logos on the pennies. 

• Parent meetings- Dates below, we discussed a need for a sign in sheet to encourage attendance.

• Photos- We liked the photographer, and would like to invite her to do them again, however we discussed having photos taken all on one day during the opening day, and only a few makeup days. 

• Sponsorships- We discussed the need for us to ask the community for sponsorships for several things- scholarships, new equipment, feather flags, etc. We also discussed the possibility of putting logos on the pennies. 

• Playground- Needs new goals. Ammon said Bownet makes 2X3 goals, much like our U6 & U8 goals.
